At Luna Wedding & Event Supplies, we want your special day to be perfect; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging and have not been used, as we cannot accept returns on custom orders or clearance items.

• 2.
  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package before shipping it back via a tracked service.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, excluding original shipping costs.
